I used sucker and goldeye. sucker was outperforming. Try frozen sucker. works great in this warm water.
@billy- work your way north of Moorhead. I have heard some great reports from the Georgetown area. Everyone goes south anyway.

Also, I was in Grand Forks today for work today, stopped into Cabelas, got some goodies and went down by the river and watched a young kid catch 2 cats with-in about 15 mins using chub minnows.

I didn't. I wasn't in for very long though. Got some #7 circle hooks and some lay flat 4oz weights with the brass loops on them.

Using suckers, I caught 3; a 6 and two 5's. They didn't start biting until 9:30. I forgot my head lamp so I used my phones LED until it died at 10:30... They were still biting when I left. Gonna go back out there tonight, with my head lamp and a lighter!

I'm there (here) now. North 1 mile of Georgetown there is a bridge west of town. You will see it from 75. I'm on the NE side of that bridge. You'll see me.

went tonight for a little while, caught one little guy lost four. The one I lost was probably one of the biggest fish I've ever had! it didn't come off the bottom very much so maybe a sturgeon?
